Reservation Policies for Direct Customers

All reservations must be warranted by means of a credit or debit card.
When making your reservation the system will automatically charge the total amount and will give the confirmation number.
Montaña de Fuego does not confirm your reservation when your credit card presents some inconvenience, or is declined.

Cancellation Policies for Direct Customers

Cancellations made 22 or more days before arrival date have a charge of $35 for administrative expenses, which will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
Cancellations received 21 days or less before arrival date, will be penalized with the total for the first night of the reservation.
In case of No Show at all (when the customer does not arrive on the reserved date), penalization will be for 100% of the total amount charged.
All changes and additions to your reservation request should be made in written and sent us by fax (506) ) 2479 1455, email info@montanadefuego.com or by comments in our web page. To avoid misunderstanding of any sort, it is necessary to have a confirmation from our staff.

Policies for Children

Montaña de Fuego considers as children, those infants from 0 - 9 years of age.
From the age of 10 years on, are considered as adults.
From 5 to 9 years we apply a charge of $16 + taxes (16.39%).
Children from 0 to 5 years have no additional charge.
